Video Shows Cat Stranded on Highway Rescued by State Trooper in Ohio

Ohio State Highway Patrol rescued a cat from the side of I-475 in Ohio. Cat was later named Trooper and was taken to the Toledo Humane Society where he found his forever home with a local family.
