Woman Desperate to Get Homebound Father in Ukraine to Safety

A Chicago-area woman’s father is homebound in Ukraine, unable to seek refuge in another country or in a bomb shelter, so all she can do is sit and wait and hope the fighting ends soon. NBC 5’s Vi Nguyen reports.
