Wrongfully convicted man files federal lawsuit against city of Chicago

A wrongfully convicted man who has since been set free has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Chicago and the Chicago police officers responsible for his conviction. NBC Chicago’s Charlie Wojciechowski reports.
